C.1890-1905.   Lemhi Shoshone beaded moccasins.  This geometric design is done traditional colors of blue, green, white, and cobalt seed beads.  Drusilla Gould speculates that this pair belonged to a woman. This design is another version of one that is in widespread use from the southern Plains through the Great Basin. Collected from the Lemhi Shoshone Agency, Salmon, Idaho.  On display at the Lemhi County Historical Museum, Salmon, ID.
