C.1890-1905. Lemhi Shoshone beaded moccasins. This geometric design is done traditional colors of blue, green, white, and cobalt seed beads. Drusilla Gould speculates that this pair belonged to a woman. This design is another version of one that is in widespread use from the southern Plains through the Great Basin.
