C. 1930s-1940. Brass pipe tomahawk, copper wire wrapped stem, w/attached hide beaded drop. Beadwork is cotton sewn, but pattern is 19th-century design. Length is 37" and pipe tomahawk head is 7.875" long. The pipe tomahawk is a 20th-century reproduction of a 19th-century original. Beadwork drop may actually be from the 1890s. Cat. No. 62.31.28.
