10. Parafleche
 Balcom:
“One of two Indian ‘suit cases,’—painted parfleche
containers for use in packing.” This animal hide container,
with painted geometric designs, opens on one end and pairs up with
another case in the online display. The container measures 21 inches
by 13 inches and the width at the bottom is 2 3/8 inches. WHC2000.17.14.
