23. Stone war club
 Balcom:
“One stone war club (beaded). This stone is from a chimney
of black asbestos rock which tops the Wind River range and from
which are made Arapahoe pipes for ordinary usage.” The length
of the wood handle (including the stone head) is 13 inches. The
length and width of black steatite stone head is 4 by 3 inches.
