A Rose & Hopkins (Denver) photo, c. 1900, that is a re-touched
lithograph that is copied from the original Baker & Johnson
image produced about 15-17 years earlier. Rose &
Hopkins may have been reproduced this and other images shortly
after Washakie's death in 1900 in order to be used for obituaries
in newspapers.
